I am a skeptic just by nature. Still I needed to do something, living on Ibuprofen to keep the aches and pain of my old joints away was just not working.. I am 67 and a tad worn out from over use. I have to say, 3 months of using Joint Complete and all those niggling joint aches are mostly gone.. I get going easier. I feel more fit probably because I am now more active due to less joint pain.. I have to say, I am sold.. Get some and try it for your self.
